Privacy Policy
Effective July 11, 2026 · TrackCleared, LLC
What we collect
- Contact and business information you provide — name, email address, company, and the social-media account(s) you ask us to analyze.
- Payment information is collected and processed by Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
- Publicly available social-media content — posts, captions, attached audio metadata, and engagement statistics from the public account(s) analyzed under an engagement. We do not access private accounts and we never ask for account passwords or login credentials.
- Correspondence — emails you exchange with us.
How we use it
- To provide the services: analysis, reports, working sessions, and monitoring.
- To bill for and administer your engagement.
- To maintain quality-assurance and evidence records supporting delivered reports.
- We do not sell personal information, and we do not use one client's data in another client's deliverables.
Who we share it with
Findings about your account are shared only with you. We use a small number of service providers to operate: Stripe (payments), Google Workspace (email and report delivery), our website host, and the data-collection and audio-identification services used to perform analysis. Each receives only what it needs to perform its function. We may disclose information if required by law.
Retention
Engagement records and the evidence supporting delivered reports are kept for at least twelve (12) months. Raw scan caches not tied to a delivered report are pruned periodically.
Your choices
- Every marketing email we send includes a working opt-out; opt-outs are honored immediately and permanently.
- You may request a copy or deletion of the contact information we hold about you by emailing us (evidence records for delivered reports may be retained as described above).
